Welcome to our family tree! This will be the Garvin-Boyd tree in our family forest. It will of necessity include Brockway, Bishop, Powell, and Grechus trees which are with us in the family forest.
(Bishop is the surname of my maternal grandparents and it is also the surname of my paternal aunt.) My name is Donna (Garvin) Boyd. I am the first grandchild both of the Garvin and Katherine's (Bishop) line. Katherine, my maternal grandmother, was one of 13 children of Matthew and Sarah Bishop. Wells Freeman Garvin and Betty Jeanne Fuggitt, my parents, had five children.
My husband Theo E. Boyd is the only child of Hazel (Powell) Boyd Clark and Gordon Edward Boyd.
The family ties I am exploring are the Garvin, Powell, Bishop and Boyd lines from our grandparents and down through our grandchildren. |
